City of Rockwall Employee Wellness Screenings & Flu Shots
All employees & spouses on the City’s medical plan are eligible to receive a FREE Wellness Screening. Shots are available to anyone on insurance. Children must be over 8 years old & had a flu shot before to receive a flu shot. Dependents must be over 18 years old to participate in the blood draws.
The Rockwall Wellness Screening Includes:
General Health Profile
Vitamin D (3 out of 4 Americans are DEFICIENT!)
Blood Pressure & Body Mass Index (BMI)
Hemoglobin A1c (Diabetes Screening)
(Limited to those with BMI>30 unless medically necessary)

NMR– Cholesterol Testing Upgrade
C-Reactive Protein (Heart Disease/Inflammation)
Homocysteine (Heart Disease)
Testosterone (men > 40)
PSA (Prostate Cancer – men > 40)
CA-125 (Ovarian Cancer – women > 40
Vascular Ultrasounds (see below)
