HEB ISD Employee Flu Shots

Anyone can receive a FREE Flu and/or TDAP (Tetanus) Shot with an eligible insurance card.

Star Wellness is in-network with all the major insurance carriers, so they can accept most insurance.  They cannot accept Ambetter, Medicaid, Tricare, Molina Healthcare, EPO plans, or any Scott & White. They do NOT provide the high-dose formula for seniors.  Children must be at least 8 years of age and have had a flu shot before.

Vitamin B12, Lipotropic, & Vitamin D shots will be available at your own expense.

You will only need ONE APPOINTMENT.
